Went back to work on Monday following the flood and just have not been able to get into a groove. Feel like I am in a deep funk. I know it has been a tough week but I can't seem to shake this. Anyone else going through this?

No. That is what is odd. Seems like I should not be in a funk for that very reason. Family members and good friends did. I lost a rental property but don't really care about that. Maybe it just the whole freaking crisis thing and seeing so many people going through so much Shite. Maybe it is survivors guilt. Dunno....maybe it is just me

I been in a funk for a little over a year now, at least.

Gained 20 pounds, hardly ever work out, no women in my life, don't care as much about my typical interests, feelings of hopelessness. Really sucks.

I am in a sense. Many of my friends lost everything. I am sitting here behind a computer while they try to find a way to replace everything. Even though I helped gut a few of their houses its just crazy to me that people close to me have had their lives changed this drastically.

I'm kind of in a funk, but it's more of a work funk. I really like my job, but just haven't had any motivation for the last couple of weeks. Been working too, helping family on flood related stuff and I guess that has distracted me from work. Also just tired.
