If it only lasted a day or two it likely wasn’t the flu.
There are numerous other respiratory viruses that are common during flu season (ex: RSV, rhinovirus, coronavirus, etc, etc) all of which can make you sick.

Well, they did inject you with the flu, so you feeling like shite is not outlandish.
You are given a shot with a very small dose of that years flu. It's pretty much a well educated guess on which flu strain will be prominent that year and give you a shot with it. If your body comes in contact with that particular strain, you already have that strain in your body and you will not catch the flu. Often at times, the "guess" is wrong and that's when you can catch the flu even with taking the shot

I'm educated. Never had or needed a flu shot.

Are you around young children, those with suppressed immune systems, and the elderly on a regular basis?
If so.....you should get the shot to protect them. They are the ones that are more likely to actually die from the flu. It would suck knowing that you got the flu and caused a loved one to also get it...and they then die from it or have to be hospitalized for it.

Only a functioning retard wouldnt get any immunization available to them at a reasonable cost

So do I, but I don't have to go to the doctor and pay him to inject a dead car crash into my body.
There will soon be a shot for everything, because money.
Flu shots are for educated retards.

It is so easy to get one now. Most workplaces offer them for free. Insurance covers it. You can go into most Walgreens or other drugstores and get one there.

You must have gotten your flu shot on the same day of some major chem trails. Always check the sky before getting vaccinated.

Even if you pay for it its like $10

And you could likely find a free flu shot clinic if you really looked for one.
Just no excuse. We are already seeing cases of flu A at our hospital. I’ll be curious to see if this season lasts as long as last season. We were still seeing a lot of flu A cases up until June here in PHX

The notion that a healthy person should get a vaccine for something that is little more than an inconvenience is ridiculous.
I haven't had the shot in 15yrs, only gotten the flu once - and it wasn't really that bad, just binged watched the Wire.
Add that on top of the studies that suggest Vit D is equally as effective; there's even reason to believe that there is no such thing as flu season, only "low vit d season"

Weird that I don't know a single person in the history of my life that has died from the flu. I've never had the flu, nor has my wife, anyone in her or my family or any of our kids. There's literally no way in hell I'm getting that shite injected into my body.

We’ve had otherwise healthy 40 year olds at my hospital die from the flu in the past few years fwiw.
The flu isn’t always as harmless as people think it is.

And I never knew anyone who died from AIDS, that doesn't mean I don't protect myself and reduce my chances.
