I am sure they withheld exactly how he instructed them to per his W4?, if not he should be upset and talk to HR. Now it is not the employers responsibility to know how much he made elsewhere etc, just to withhold per the employees directive per W4

Fudged some numbers, what do you think? At the rates they charge for a few minutes of work, they can afford to pay any fines and back taxes in the off chance an audit pops up.

This is odd. I am showing a refund of about 1k. I made more money (salary) than previous years where I had to pay (only about a 100). No kids, no mortgage, no losses in the stock market.

Going to have to double check I typed that in correct
