A true blue nemesis - someone who actually hates you and endeavors to make your existence uncomfortable??

Yep... Arrested a guy a few years back and dude now goes out of his way to instigate things. If he sees me out running or something he drives by and calls me an a-hole.. It's really harassment but it's too funny considering he's in his 50s.
