nice reading comprehension, dip shite. where in the OP is he asking where to get a job? he specifically asked questions about the job at canes and you come at him with this lame arse response.

He's asking for advice on where to work. Just because he specified a place in his OP doesn't change that. Reading comprehension requires going beyond what is placed in front of you and reading between the lines.

But I wouldn't expect you to understand that.

Be a bartender at a college bar. It's easy to pull a tap or make a shitty crown and coke or 7 and 7 a few hundred times a night while the tips rack up. Plus foe whatever reason even mediocre looking bartenders get a shite ton of attention from good looking women.

I worked in the kitchen at the one in Metairie when I lived there for about a year. The people were awesome and we joked around and had fun while we worked. The actual work is fairly simple and I enjoyed my time working there.

Why are you interested in getting a fast food job in college? Just curious. Are you looking to get into the food industry? I'd try to find something that will give you good experience and help your resume so you get a job you like when you are done with college.

Idk which one you're looking to work at, but the one I worked at was the busiest Cane's in the New Orleans area. Even being so busy, it was never really too difficult or stressful besides the sundays when the Saints played and I had to open and it was just me and 2 other kitchen guys having to have between 500-1000 fingers for tailgates ready by the time we opened at 9. Also depends on which job you do. You're first 5 days if you're in the kitchen, you'll train for each different job and after that, you'll just kinda go where they need you that day.

My favorite was guy in Lafayette slides over with headphones on while mopping. His exact quote for our delay on 2 box combos

"Waitin on dat bird, dawg"

Yes, worked there in 2008 and loved every minute of it. What would you like to know?
