You'll just sit on the couch and answer questions until the dick shows up.

They asked me to pull my pants down, and then told me I wasn't getting the part.

Let's just say they were looking for an actor that could perform longer takes than I was capable of.

Watch Entourage. It'll give you a good idea.

It's a lot of hurry up and wait.

I'll give a serious answer. I was an extra in The Dukes of Hazzard. I was an LSU student at the time and auditioned for a role as an extra. They brought me in along with maybe a hundred others, talked about nothing, made sure I walked normal and dressed like a college kid. Called me back the next day. I got onto the set and got to be in the background of the shot. Its hard to see my face though

I did once, sorta. they were doing a photoshoot looking for wxtras. My sis in law wanted to do it, so i ent with her. They took my picture, and a coupke weeks later i got a phone call to be a stand in for some actor.

For 50 bucks a day, all day, for two weeks. I said no thanks.

Me and some friends went to the casting call at Southeastern for Glory Road. They ended up calling me a few times asking me to come in for a scene that they would describe. I never went because they never called any of my buddies and I didn't feel like being there all day by myself. I regret it now because a few of the scenes they called me for ended up being in the movie.

If the casting director's office looks like this, run away.

I auditioned for a role in a WW2 movie starring Joaqin Phoenix. Didn't know what I was auditioning for before I even showed up, my boss just talked me into going.

I was decently cut up, and had some tats and didn't really fit the mold of malnourished WW2 soldier
