This shite drives me freaking crazy at night. No matter how much I move and do during the day it always comes on in the evening time. shite makes my anxiety fricking bad too. Just seeing if anybody has any remedies they do. I took a hot shower and it seemed to help a bit though.

Try magnesium and magnesium chloride spray.

Stretch legs and make sure you have all of your other minerals like potassium in order as well.

I do but it doesn’t bother me. It actually helps me fall asleep at night. I’m always moving and have trouble sitting still for significant periods of time.

Yes, it’s miserable. Toe touches to stretch the legs helps some, or find some muscle relaxers.

I have it in my right leg. My mom used to complain about it and I thought she was just making up another illness. Shame on me. I take Ropinirole.

Mirapex does wonders. Takes about an hour to really be effective though, so don't take it and then go to sleep immediately. If you do, you're going to have a bad time.

There are alot of different types of magnesium.

Try Magnesium Bi/Di glycinate. It will give you serious relief.

If you take anti-depressants than that is your most likely cause.

Try magnesium oil spray and a weighted blanket.

The first couple times the magnesium oil will pretty much put you to sleep.

Don't go cheap on it.

Used to get it all the time. I don't remember having it lately when going to bed, but I know that when I'm trying to relax, if my feet get cold my legs get really restless. As soon as I slip on my slippers my legs feel better.

Just wondering if it's as simple as warming your feet, with socks or something. My comforter is very heavy, I really don't like it, but I'm never cold and honestly don't remember getting rls since getting that comforter.

Do every now and then.. sorry, no solutions.. I dont have it happen often enough to be a major issue that I need to remedy.
