Well, since the"podcasting legend" has changed his Egostat up to 11, does anyone else have some useful advice?

We use Shure MV7x mics that go through a Zoom H6 (I might recommend a RodeCaster or something like that though… we just happened to have the Zoom already). The mics and Panasonic Lumix cameras go into an ATEM Mini Pro. Nice to have a Mac to run with the ATEM. We use Audacity for the post editing. From there, we use PodBean to send to all the major services (Spotify, Apple, etc). We also upload video to YouTube and FB. And yes, you could probably go live straight from this setup. Haven’t done that though.

THINK Media on YouTube has a lot of “start a podcast” type of videos. Lots of good inspiration.
Also, if you cut out video, it actually gets pretty simple.
