I had my only panic attack at a movie the day after taking a bunch of ecstasy. I'm guessing my dopamine/serotonin was tapped out. I can't imagine having to go through that on a regular basis.

I take hydroxzine 50mg for my chronic hives at night. It has an anti-anxiety property and I'll tell you what, every since I've been on it I feel fricking fantastic. Havent been nearly as anxious probably because my chemical balace is closer to neutral.
I went to a cultish christian school when I was younger-teens. It was honestly a very bad place where they told me wearing black was a sin and I would burn in hell for that - I lost my shite a few times at home having panic attacks. Was a rough time. I never told anyone and just kinda pushed on. I recommend not doing that
