Saw a group of fine chicks stand on the fountain bricks at Pat Os and take their shirts and bras off.

coming back from the Endy parade at the corner of Tulane and Broad there was a guy standing in the middle of the road pointing a finger gun at cars threatening to shoot...he was standing 5 feet in from of my truck pointing a finger gun at me and started to walk up to my window. I reached for my gun and my wife started screaming at me to not run over him...and that he didnt really have a gun.....I almost him when I took of but Im sure someone either hit him or beat the shite out of him

By Tues morn was tired after Orpehuscapade and didn't feel like getting out early, so decided to go to a friend's spot on Bonnabel.
Across from us was an approx 350 lb plus "gal" who, I don't know if she was drunk or high or what, but sat on the ground with her legs wide open for approx 30 min. Short skirt. No undies.
I could not bear to look but my drunk friend says he saw hair.
Otherwise nothing terribly interesting, didn't see any fights last year. Thought the police closing off riverbound Napoleon on Sunday was a good move after what happened Saturday night. I saw a kid get run over on Southbound Napoleon a few years ago during the break between Thoth and Bacchus and have long felt that was a disaster waiting to happen.

There is room for interpretation in that ordinance is what I'm saying. I don't have to be participating or attending anything to be standing in the street
