Any good bars/eateries in the Lakeview area?

Wanted to head to Uptown and meet some friends but a cab is out of the question. Any suggestions on a place around here?

I'm sure parlays is beyond a frickfest full of people but nevertheless a pretty good bar

At this time of night Parlays may be your only bet. It's a typical neighborhood bar but better than nothing.
