Any concrete experts out there? Question...

So about a month ago I had a concrete driveway poured. Everything seemed well except for a slight difference in color at the very bottom of the driveway but it wasn't a big enough deal to make an issue of.
Fast forward a month, 90% of my brand new driveway is a brown/yellow stained mess with only the bottom part that was somehow different maintaining its nice gray finish.
The guy who poured the concrete has attempted to be very helpful and accommodating in trying to fix the issue but he put me in touch the with concrete company today and they were total a-holes and insisted there was nothing different about the concrete and that all the issues were due to a few branches over the driveway that drop pollen in the yard.
However, the same guy did a driveway two doors down from me a week or so later and their driveway has even more pollen and no stains. Coupling that with the fact that there is a portion of my driveway that is still fine where the concrete was obviously different makes it pretty clear to me that there is obviously something wrong with the concrete causing it to stain much more easily than it should.
The concrete company guy insisted this was basically impossible. However, both the guy that poured it and the company admit they have never seen this happen before.
All that tl:dr aside are there some types of concrete that stain much easier than others or some way for it just to be a bad batch of concrete or any other explanation for what could going on?
I didn't spend $3500 for something that was going to look like anus within a month but I can tell it's going to be a battle getting anybody to do anything about it.

Have you tried to pressure wash it?

Have it cored by Delta testing
They may be able to direct you to a lab that can determine if the problem was the mix.

Yea, the guy who poured it came over and worked on it today. It got a little off but it still didn't look good, and would only be a temporary fix anyway, so he gave up.

I'm not a concrete expert, but I would venture to guess they laid it when it was pretty windy.
The pollen and other dirt probably got stuck in the wet concrete while they were smoothing it out.
Acomponied by more pollen and dirt while it was sitting after the smoothing process.

not professing that either, but took concrete structures in college, and have poured thousands of yards of concrete, and don't recall what you're describing, this is a weird one, sometimes people make deals with drivers that have a little extra mud that they are going to dump out on the way back to the plant, maybe something got thrown into the mix?

Have it cored and tested. Sounds like it got some kind of contamination during the finishing, but it could be a bad mix. I've never seen anything like this happen but I've heard of similar things.

Providing a picture of the contrasting sections of your driveway might be helpful. If it was contaminants that were infused during the driveway finishing process, I don't know why one section would be contaminated and another would not be unless like the guy suggested there is a tree directly over only one section that dropped pollen on it while it was being finished. Seems more likely that there was something amiss in the mixture. Here's a link: LINK with some good information. And here's a pic with a description of the depicted problem:

Randy couple of questions:
- Can you see any aggregate? Something like this, but obviously not as consistent?
- Are the stains random? Do they have a pattern?
-anything like this?

You need to upload the picture file to a website and then link the url path to the image using the img button just to the right of the message/text box while you're formulating a message.
