Hey guys, Im not the kind of person to show stress and anxiety. Over the last several months though, real life stress has gotten the better of me, but I keep it mashed down. But this has developed into sleep problems, mainly due to breathing anxiety issues, and a new one this morning.
I'm getting crystalline line floaters and a little blurred vision. Anyone else go through this? It would help me just to know it isn't me.

do you drink a lot of coffee? if so, maybe cut back some
do you exercise? if not, give it a try
have you talked to your doctor? maybe see if beta blockers will help

everyone has anxiety to a degree...but you probably want to go see your dr for something to take the edge off. Or the most natural way is to get 30 minutes of exercise every evening...it will work wonders. Youre body is trying to tell you something...dont ignore it.

It's called being a grown-up. Spoiler alert, it's going to get worse for awhile then you'll die.

I get the blurred vision before I get a migraine. My suggestion is see your Dr and ask them.

Couple weeks ago, I started taking supplements to corner off anxiety. They ended up making it worse than ever before. So if you're messing around with any of that shite, might wanna stop.

coke zero shouldnt be too much of a problem. Definitely go to the doctor to make sure its just anxiety, if so then the main thing is realizing its just that! And tell yourself it wont hurt you. Its a big mind game, be strong

thanks guys. Im 42. Overweight a little. Dont take any supplements. The vision issue was coming and going, now its gone pretty much. Im pretty sure i have sleep apnea, and i heard that can cause an enlarged heart. So Im gonna google those sypmtoms and freak myself out some more.

Yeah, I need to get back to exercising. I havent done much in the last few years. Well, I worked out pretty good for a 3-4 month span last year and that did help.

The floaters started out as a blurry small "L" close to the center of my vision. I dont think it was there at all this morning. When I got to work, I sat down at my computer and checked emails. That's when I noticed it. I couldn't remember looking at anything bright that would cause a lingering floater. So I went out to pick something up (work related) and by that time, the floater went from a litle blurry spot to a big arcing semi thick line all around the left side of my vision. I should've said prizm rather than crystalline. Its like the line was made of a long prizm and the colors were flickering.

Stop drinking coffee. Get more sleep. Drink green tea to avoid the withdrawal headache.

I don't drink coffee. Just Coke Zero.

Stop the Coke Zero. If you "live on it", you are ingesting a lot of caffeine. If you have sleep apnea, you are not getting enough sleep even when you try. See doc about anxiety but I would get a sleep study before starting SSRI meds.
