City officials are planning to put up a historical marker to commemorate such a rare and historic event.

The end is the best. Dude scaled the side of the boat like a pirate, squared off against some guy that looked like the Predator without armor, a few seconds later he’s scrambling back over the side of the boat to escape.

i was just about to post something to the effect. Dude thought he was gonna be a badass and go after the guy that hit the dude over the head with a bottle.... He really regretted that when the whole boat started beating his hass and his boys had to pull him off the boat.

I have never understood why people spend a frickton of money to go on vacation and spend it crammed in an area with a bunch of other people. There are so many other beaches in FL without that sheer volume of people (Mexico Beach, St George, Sanibel, Deerfield, Siesta Key, Grayton, Honeymoon Island). Vegas I will never get either. Let's pay a bunch of money to stand around in a huge pool with 250 other people. Most of whom are the most self absorbed, miserable fcks on earth.

Give me a vacation rental in the Rockies in the middle of nowhere or camping/canoeing in the BWCA. Or a much quieter beach like the ones I listed above.

Good thing for them the water wasn't deeper.

Honestly I’m surprised we didn’t lose a future doctor or CEO to the outgoing tide.

First Panama City then Destin. Something tells Walton county will be their Waterloo though.

Another promoter sets up an event (usually has no insurance) that attracts ghetto and it turns into a shitfest. In NW Louisiana, it is the trail rides that have morphed into twerking, shite car, and four wheeler show off nights.

The promoter makes a killing. Our Sheriff cracked the whip and shut down the shite events.

Fort Walton and Panama City used to be the perfect vacation spot
Than came Destin
Than came 30A
All will be trash in the next 15 years

No, just a weekend to unwind before classes start back at Harvard and Yale.

Let them stay up there. There is nothing down south that is any fun. Destin is the perfect place
