Another "old people and Facebook" thread

I just saw a post that an old lady I'm friends with (family friend) liked. It's, of course, one of those ultra conservative pages. I'm a conservative but even the stuff I see on those pages make me want to rip my eyes out. The fact that these old people believe all this crap is sad.
The post was a picture of the American flag and under it, it said:
You don't burn it.
You don't let it touch the ground.
You don't walk on it.
AND YOU DONT PUT OBAMA's FACE ON IT!!!!

My first thought was, "who fricking came up with this shite?" And I immediately thought, "somebody in the comments on the original post has to be smart enough to let people know this isn't legit and they'd never put his face (or any president) on the flag.
I was wrong. Thousands of old people and trashy white folks posting about how mad they are about the fact that his face might go on the flag. They were so angry
It's the same people who always try to share a picture of a cop or a nativity scene and post "let's see Facebook try to take this down!!!!"

At least we don't drive around parking lots late at night chasing Pokemon objects.
Saw someone do that last night in a closed lot - the way the car slinked into the lot I was thinking "drive by."

TBH, there really isn't much difference in Facebook posting and the OT. Think about all the dumb posts on here vs FB and there really isn't much difference IMO.

One of my good friends mothers is CATHOLIC!!!!
