So what are they saying actually happened?
Don't think they are saying anything except "not enough evidence to convict"...

It would be funny watching Deray whine if others came to his city and wrecked it. Then again its hard to wreck a piece of shite city

No way can you convict the others when the first one was found not guilty.

That prosecutor should reimburse Baltimore for bringing unwinnable cases

And now the cops have been acquitted by a BLACK JUDGE

For those that didn't read the case.
This prosecution was of the shift commander. The DA argued that he was ultimately responsible for making sure that Gray was buckled in so he should go to jail. Think about the stretch there. They want to imprison him because the people working for him did or did not follow a policy. Not a law but a policy of the department.
They also tried to charge him directly with the assault on Gray but the Judge threw that out half way through since there was ZERO evidence of it. The Judge then found the Lieutenant NOT GUILTY on all charges meaning the prosecution didn't carry the burden. This is a much bigger deal than a hung jury or even a not guilty from a jury. This is a true legal analysis of the case and the Judge is saying there just isn't anything there.
The DA should be looked at heavily if she doesn't immediately drop charges on the other officers.
