They need to start throwing drivers that cause these accidents off the bridge. The only way to fix our crappy driver pool

Can someone please explain why people lose the ability to drive while they are crossing bridges?

You and I should run for office. We could be the "Capital Traffic Penalty Party".

You should hear my ideas on fun things to replace airbags with. Once you make bad driving more lethal to the driver, it becomes a self-correcting problem.

yea it's westbound, they were telling people take the Old Bridge to get across the River if you are headed in that direction.

People drive fine on bridges everywhere else. I think it is people lose the ability to drive when they get between Laffy and NO on I-10.

People tend to slow down going over narrower bridges and curves, even though they don't have to. But they legally can.

It's the dufus behind them that wants to teach 'em a lesson that causes the problem.
