They are garbage, all the small water filters are, it isn't just the life straw.

Why?

ing doorbell with echo dot for 69.99 marked down from 139.99

FYI. If you have any smart home products you can integrate them a ring doorbell in the Alexa app. For example, when our ring detects motion 10 PM and 6 AM, the Alexa app will automatically turn our smart lights inside the house by our front door.

Run every "deal" through CamelCamelCamel. I've found 2 Daypacks that have gone up by 50% in the past week and are identified as "Prime Day Deals".

Give me a break.

Interested in the ring doorbell, but don’t need the dot.

Why
Scruffy has the Sawyer mini filters, which he got just based off of online reviews, but they are short term usage pieces.

They clog easy and aren’t as functional as the larger portable water filters.

They do their job for what they are.

Give it as a gift to someone else then

Or you can buy the ring doorbell itself without the dot for the same price ($69).

Prime day has gone to crap. It's mostly Amazon devices and their brands on sale from what I see. Same crap they try to dump on woot all of the time.

You'll be surprised how useful it is after you get it. the one here in the office is streaming SiriusXM Nascar Radio. I use it to control light, alert me when someone rings the doorbell, and (if you have more than 1) as an in house intercom. It can even make phone calls over the internet.

I have Alexa. Aren’t they the same thing?

Yes. Just put it in a different room in your house.

Agreed, I've also started to notice some items I get on amazon are much shittier than the items at the store.

I bought a 3 pack of the deodorant I normally use and the sticks were only half the normal length. The weight of it was noticeably different

That’s legit.

Makes me want a ring doorbell since we have Alexa and the Hue Bulbs all over the house. Thanks for sharing

I think the Ring withe the Dot is an older model than the one by itself for $69

FWIW, it will work with any product that alexa can detect an action with, including the ring spot light cams. You just have to set up a routine in the Alexa app. You can customize it anyway you like.
