Agreed. Not to hijack the thread but I bought an Amazon Phone when they were first realeased and paid $200. Shortly after, they began selling the phone for .99. When I called to voice my displeasure, I was given a $200 Amazon credit immediately, no questions asked. Amazing customer service.

I've had 2 packages delivered in the last few weeks and didnt have any issue.
Amazon used Lasership on both deliveries. I've never heard of them prior to those deliveries.

The only time I get Lasership is when I order one day or same day sometimes.
They're usually pretty good. They ride around in white minivans with LS taped to the side, real high profile operation.

I'm late to the party but FRICK lasership. They have messed up multiple orders for me. Why even offer to have same day shipping or next day shipping and it still take a week to be delivered!?

I understand how it looks- but until lasership I never got a late order from amazon prime. I have had lasership deliver twice in a row and both have been late. Feel like in context it's worth pointing out.
