What in the actual frick is up with this courier?

I've been a prime customer for a couple years but based on my last two orders, am losing interest quick. This courier consistently misses delivery dates and my tracking always says "should have arrived (insert date here)" rather than explain why I'm getting fricked out of the 2 day shipping I pay $100 a year for.

Does anyone else have similarly bad experience when amazon ships with these guys? Did it get better? When did they start using these guys?

We've ordered probably close to 500 items in the last 4 years...maybe 3 items have been late

And wtf is lasership?

A quick search of Amazon and Lasership does not yield good results. Apparently it is a horrible combination.

Complain to Amazon if you want results, none of us here have heard of this outfit so we can't really help you.

I would suggest to anyone who uses Amazon and has any issues with them or their contractors, to email/call them and let them know.

Their customer service is top notch

Maybe they don't use this for all areas. I'm in atlanta, and I saw them as my courier for the first time last week- and it's been a shite show ever since.

I guess this should probably serve as more of a heads up to the rest of you- they are 0/2 on package on time delivery.

I called amazon after the first one to complain because it missed by 2-3 days, and I think I got a rep on his first day on the job.

Eta: I've had dozens of prime orders over past several years and don't think I've ever had one late before. Maybe one. Now I've had 2 this week

When I saw the title I thought it was some new item they developed called a lasership. I was excited for a minute.

I haven't had any business with them but I can say that this news is disheartening because if I saw a courier was named lasership I'd think "frick yeah I'm ordering from LASERSHIP!!!"

Are you SURE that the product is prime eligible? Lots of items even are "free shipping", but that doesn't mean they are prime, guaranteeing 2 day shipping.

Just contact them, every late package I have ever received resulted in a free month of prime added on.

The real question is whether they are shipping using drones with lasers. If that's the case the only thing for you to do is to sit on your front porch however many days it takes for the drone to arrive and shoot something.

I only clicked on this thread because I thought there would be a link to buy a battleship that shoots lasers.
