Am I lactose intolerant?

I've never had a problem with dairy products before, but I feel like I can trace this particular instance back to eating two string cheese sticks on Wednesday. i have been bloated to the point of bursting since Wednesday night. No real appetite, nausea, and was just woken up to the worst case of explosive diarrhea known to man. Even after a gallon of liquid crap came out of me, I still feel bloated (pepto doesn't help).
Is this what those of you who are lactose intolerant have suffered in the past? If so I'll never eat another diary product again, my butthole can't handle it.

Probably something you should have figured out by now

If it lasts through tomorrow I would go to the doctor. That's not lactose intolerance, lactose intolerant reactions to lactose would only last til it leaves your system, and it's been gone for a while now. You may have some type of bacterial food poisoning or a virus

You would think, but reading after reading up on it, it's common to become lactose intolerant as you become older.

Maybe.
I'm not gonna lie, I fart like a mofo when I eat cheese, and it does cause some diareah. That being said, I don't feel bloated.
