Looks like the helicopter taxied past a hold line. We don't have ATC radio so we don't know who had right of way. The Skyhawk is going fast down the taxiway, or so it seems. I'm thinking it's a towered airport, because I would think a helicopter would taxi like that on a uncontrolled airport.

Whether this was a towered airport or not, the helicopter was in the wrong for entering the taxiway without looking to make sure it was clear first.....totally his fault. He has to cross the hold line to be technically cleared of the runway, but isn't supposed to enter the taxiway until he has permission from ATC, or if uncontrolled, until he can safely do so.
That being said, this happens a lot more than you think because someone isn't paying attention, whether it is ATC or the pilot.
