You need to let this one go considering you said you were pretty sure it was alcohol and not certain.

I don't want to make things awkward but would feel guilty taking no course of action esp since this is a huge violation of company policy. Thanks in advance.


I think it largely depends on what you do. If your at a hospital and this guy is taking care of others or some other like job, then you have a duty to the public to let someone know. If it's some cubicle bs job, then mind your own business.

Do it again tomorrow and take a pic with the date and time part of the pic.

Never show it to anyone... unless there's an opportunity to leverage it to your advantage some time in the future

Assuming he's not putting others in danger, you should mind your own business. If you can't mind your own business you go directly to him, not to HR or his supervisor.
