For folks that have heard the podcast and are familiar with this case - who do you think murdered Hae? Was it Adnan? Was it Jay? Was is the boyfriend, Don? Was it the guy who found the body?

It was either the drunk Janior or more likely Sayed. Jay seems innocent. I understand Sayed didn't have much of a case but I still believe he did it. He has lied quite a bit about the day.

Jay seems innocent? He's lied the entire time. He either did it, or at least helped the person who did it (regardless if it was Adnan who did it).

The whole cliff thing that Adnan talked about was sketchy. Also the cell phone records. It's been a while since Iistened to it, I just member coming away from it believing that Adnan did it. I wonder if that girl from the library is testifying this time around.

Not enough evidence to prove Adnan did it but it's plausible he actually did it.
Jay is shady as frick and I made him for the murder before I heard his friends talk about him and the way he was a poser.
The recordings of Adnans lawyer and her sing songie speech pattern would make me want to find him guilty just to spite her.

I am convinced, though, that Jay ain't even remotely innocent in this. If Adnan did it, Jay was involved more than he's letting on IMO.

Everything seemingly points to Adnan, despite the lack of physical evidence...tough to entertain other theories because they never really investigated anyone else.

Adnan did it. His story is that none of what Jay says is true. Jay says he helped bury her. Adnan told the first cop that he talked to within days of her disappearance that he asked her for a ride home. Then he denied that. Then he told th SJW narrator that he wouldn't have ever needed a ride, because he had his own car. Except he let Jay take his car that day for some reason. Who the frick does that? And Nisha's whole time line is shaky, and she's sticking with her affidavit at the hearing. There's enough evidence there and he did it. Jay is a shiftless motherfricker though.

Adnan did it. No doubt. He shouldn't have been convicted in the court of law but I do not feel sorry he was put in jail. He definitely did it.
