It really depends on the person. If someone is frequently getting early refills with new prescriptions.. then they are either abusing it or selling it. Some people need it for a life/work balance. Some need it to function. It can go in each way.

None of that has to do with whether it is addictive or not. I don't care about potential abuse, it has a strong chemical effect that can become addictive, regardless of the reason for taking it.

Still not true.
I've got no problem with people taking it, but the shite is addictive. I mean I know a few people that have been addicted to it. Its better than being addicted to crack health wise but no less addicting.
