That really says something about the community when a program where you give a guy $525 and get out of jail and get the crime off your record somehow excludes people. Who cant come up with $525 if it means getting out of jail?

you have to think Southern is like "frick". that's the only explanation for their behavior

All of these local culcha clubs getting their arse handed to them by the media lately. I love it, but it's a shame literally nothing will come from any of it.
