This pretty much assures that the local alumni who busted their arse doing thankless tasks like serving on the house corp will wash their hands of it. Which these dumbasses won't give a shite about, but it'll screw the kids in a few years trying to reestablish the chapter who can't understand why they don't have more alumni support.

Probably don't want to see it turn into a dorm for a few years like the SAE house did in the 90's

This happens EVERY time a chapter is removed from campus.

Let's be honest - a lot of people would consider the inside of a fraternity house to be trashed if they walked in on a random day. Broken windows, graffiti, remnants from a recent bonfire in the backyard...par for the course when I lived in one.

Who cares. EN did the same thing when they were booted. Luckily the FBI, or whatever organization that rented it, fixed it up for them.
