What is the fine legal/illegal difference between a porn star and a prostitute? How is one breaking no law while the other is?
Is the difference that one (porn star) is being video recorded when having sex and the other (prostitute) isn't?

Legally she's getting paid to be in a film where she just so happens to be having sex. Porn stars are also tested for STDs unlike AIDS spreading crack smoking hookers.
