Agreed.

Born there and moved to NOLA at 12. Wish I would have never left.

Real Louisiana would rank worse than Mississippi.

If this area is not included in the map of the "real Louisiana" then map is wrong.

Definitely wouldn't argue with Shreveport moving to Texas. We would have much better schools and roads.

Fricking Dumb! So New Orleans, Eunice, Ville Platte, and Avoyelles, and Pointe Couppe Parishes aren't real LA.

Every region should be labeled with different versions of shitty; "shitty", "shittier", "less shitty", "more shitty", "shittiest"

Shreveport and Lake Charles can be east Texas. Anything north of Alexandria is basically MS/Arkansas

Actually maybe a few miles north of Ville Platte should be the cutoff

There are certainly parts of Louisiana which offer more culture than other areas, but some of the biggest snobs I've ever met are from south Louisiana. Everyone who's ever been to New Orleans feels some kind of connection to it, yet some of the locals are so non inclusive and quick to remind you that they're superior to you.

Sell Lake Charles and St. Martinville, give us Ville Platte, Eunice, and Ponchatoula. Love me some strawberries.
