I had the privledge of meeting this man at the City of Houston Veterans Memorial Park dedication. The park is located adjacent to an elementary school named in his honor. A great and humble man...and he was still a pretty imposing figure at the time...some 9 years ago.

Benavides Watched some of the other videos as well, all inspirational. And humbling. Can't thank these people enough for their selflessness and service.
