When see or experience something, it is first processed in the part of the brain that produces emotions so thats why people always react emotionally when something first happens. With that said, are you able to recognize how you react emotionally, control it and keep your shite together? Or do you flip out when shite goes down?

If you know someone who flips their shite when shite goes down, how do you handle telling them something that will likely make them flip their shite?

All the time.. just don't ask me anything about it, because I can't answer.

Jones, please remove yourself from the discussion if you can't be serious. Thanks in advance.

They put me on Xanax.

I liked to party though, took too many and made things worse.

Controlling your raw emotion can be a battle for anyone. Not every technique is for everyone and nothing is universal.

With experience in life, comes maturity. When you're lost, sometimes a comforting thing would be to find footprints. Lets you know at least someone else has been there before.

Not much surprises me during this time of my life right now. I usually just think to myself how happy I am to not be that person, or I wonder what else I could be doing instead of being witness to this retardation taking part in front of me.

Then I may respond with, "HOLY shite frick, OH MY GOD, IM GONNA SNAP CHAT THIS!"

This actually plays a part in how I am able to control my emotions. I keep in mind that at any point, anything can happen.. Good or bad... You really just never know.. With that mindset, it sort of allows me to be prepared for when something does happen.

Yeah, it is odd. I used to carry-on and tell stories, listen to BS stories from other people, but now I just want to work, hang with the family and learn new stuff, oh, and be left alone.
