Exactly. Why do people take carbon dating as the gospel? I'm not saying the Earth is 6000 years old but I've read plenty of evidence that discredits carbon dating as well.

Do you think Carbon dating is the only dating method?
And Carbon dating is incredibly accurate for the date ranges it covers.

well you're an idiot, but not completely I guess, as carbon dating can't deduce anything older than a hundred thousand years or so. I have no idea how this was dated.

Take a loaf of bread, put it under a lava flow for 2 years, and carbon dating will say it's millions of years old.
Anyway, if this is true, use the Jurassic Park method and create some new birds.
