The absolute worst pain I've ever experienced was when I got a staph infection in my hand. I showed up to the ER almost in tears wanting them to just cut it off. They gave me a small dose of that shite and almost instantly all the pain was gone. That is some strong shite.

The high from fentanyl sucks donkey balls compared to pure heroin. The thing is with the addicts these days is that they think when they are all fricked up and ducking out and shite, that means it's 'good' shite, where as in good heroin you would have just an amazing euphoric feeing.
But I've found most people that picked up heroin in the last decade or so, don't even realize it.

I used to carry fentanyl, morphine, and ketamine when I was deployed in the Afghanistan.

Yeah when I was young my cousin and I would get the patches from his aunt who had cancer and we would cut them open and get all kinds of fricked up on them. It's super easy to over do it with fentanyl but it just fricks you up, it isn't exactly fun and not anything euphoric like heroin.

I feel like education on the bad effects of heroin was top notch when I was a kid. I knew drugs were bad but heroin was the grand champion of "ruin your life" drugs. How did it make such a comeback?

When the people who got introduced to opiates through prescription painkillers and then the DEA dialed up the pressure on those prescriptions, the junkies had no where to go but to heroin. The DEA has blood on it's hands.
