Weird all the fires recently with a neighbors house burning down yesterday evening.

That whole area of Boston is adjacent townhouses, 4-5 floors, built in the late 19th / early 20th century, all block long. If it spreads and they don't control it, there's going to be absolute havoc. Streets are packed closely enough it could fairly easily jump to another block, if the building really goes up.

This sucks. My wife and I are going to look at apartments in this area this weekend.

I hope everyone is ok. The winds are really screwing things up for the FF. Hopefully they can get it under control soon.

always hits hard to hear about a FFs losing his life in the line of duty as I am the son of a NOFD member
