7th-grader named "most likely to become a terrorist" at school awards ceremony

Seventh-grader Lizeth Villanueva was shocked as she looked down at the disturbing "honor" listed on a certificate she received at a mock awards ceremony at school last week.
"Most likely to be a terrorist," the certificate reads, along with her name in capital letters.
Several teachers, who held the ceremony at Anthony Aguirre Junior High in Channelview, Texas, laughed as she picked up the "award." Villanueva told CBS affiliate KHOU-TV the teacher who signed it considered it a "joke."
But to Villanueva, the certificate was no joke.
"She said that some people might get offended, but she doesn't really care about our feelings," Lizeth said. "She was laughing about it."

Maybe I am wrong here, but something tells me there was a little more to the story than this. I don't think the teachers made the fake awards and just randomly handed them out to students... And even if they did, it was a fake aware and they might have just been "having fun with it".
But this is another situation when the person who is complaining calls for the person's job.

When I was in HS I remember they use to make use sign the special kids yearbooks. They teacher would come ask people to please right something nice. They use to keep them in one classroom all day long and no one really knew them, but they wanted us to write something "nice".
Anyway, I use to feel bad because my parents had to fight the school system when I started kindergarten. At the time, anyone who had a physical or mental disability was automatically placed in special ed, however; I was testing above average so my parents had to do all kind of shite to get me in the class I was suppose to be in. I had to take several different test, from an independent group to "prove" I was capable of learning at the same rate as kids without "disabilities", although my brain wasn't disabled.
So I guess being in "regular" (in my case, above average) classes with "normal" kids, I never considered myself "disabled so I feel bad for those kids.

Glad to see this girl is learning the important lesson that the rest of the world doesn't give a shite about her feelings or what "offends" her. And at a 7th grade level no less. She's already a step ahead of most college kids nowadays. Hats off to her schools for a job well done at preparing their youngsters for the world.

Let's take a look..
Okay, so today.. My first post of the day was at 11:09AM. I had 9 post in the 11AM hr. Then I didn't post in the 12PM hr and my first post in the 1PM hr was at 1:45PM.
I had 6 post in the 1PM hr. My first post in the 2PM hr was at 2:20PM. I had 2 post in the 2PM hr. Then my next post was at 5:36PM. Did not post in the 6PM hr.
This is my 8th post since my first post in the 7PM hr.
All day huh?
Yesterday my first post was at 11:53AM I stopped posting at 12:46PM then my next post after that was at 8:40PM.
Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday I was in and out, most of my post came in the evening. Sunday, my first post was at 2:59PM.. Posted several post from that time time 3:09PM.. Then after that my next post was at 4:43PM. With gaps during the rest of the day.. On Saturday I had 0 post.
I don't usually post my first post of the day until sometime after 11AM. The majority of my post in a day usually comes during the evening. So I really don't think your statement is accurate at all.

I don't know how some of these kids will make it in the real world.
