Welcome to being pregnant and having kids in the internet age. It's a cruel cruel world.
I think she looks fine for 6 months. Doesn't really matter what I think anyway. Most everyone is small for their first. She should really get bigger going forward from here.

My wife is a thin woman and did not gain more than 10 lbs or so until the third trimester. I think she gained less than 25 lbs total both times. Lost it all in less than a month.
This was the only part you really wanted to post, wasn't it?

She'll no doubt get bigger, but these personality types begin to freak when the weight starts coming on and increase exercise/restrict calories.

I think she'll have plenty of opportunities to get it right. I for one will gladly help her try again.

To me, counting her boobs, she has probably put on 10-12 lbs.... seems perfectly healthy to me.
I don't see any reason for someone to put on 30#s for a 7# baby!
I bet she is more healthy at this juncture than 90% of females.
Oh and i'd LNSnack on her after-birth.

Good genetics is measured by how she looks 6-12 months postpartum.

No. But you made me laugh as I read my comments again.
Update: asked wife about said weight gain and it was 22 lbs first time and 25 for second. Her OB/GYN never suggested gaining more weight.
No pics of wife.
