6 month leases in BR for the fall

Anyone know any apartment complexes that does 6 month leases for this upcoming fall. Possibly for 3 or 4 people not too far away from campus. Any info would be appreciated. Or if someone knows someone leasing a house for 6 months. Graduating in December and just need something temporary

When I did my last semester of grad school in Fall 2010, me and two friends stayed at Tiger Manor in a 3 bedroom apartment on a 6 month lease. It worked out perfectly for one last football season as we could just walk to campus.
I'm not sure if they still offer 6 month terms, today.
