For me on weekdays.

2 glasses green tea
About 24 ounces of diet coke
1 cup of coffee

Less on the weekends. Usually a couple of diet cokes and no coffee or tea.

There's a happy medium in there somewhere, at least for me. I went from drinking ~5 Dr. Peppers a day to quitting cold turkey and I got through the initial hump and was feeling pretty good but just kept getting drowsy at about 3pm. Started just having one can or half a can of dp at lunch and I feel great

I'm ok with my caffeine intake. The diet coke is the only thing I should cut out.

Coffee and green tea are good for you, so I'm happy with that part.

Drink your coffee black like a real man and it won't be too unhealthy

Currently doing the same. Headaches have been a bitch, but that may have to do with the drastic weather swings here in IL.

I gave up soft drinks for Lent in highschool and never started back. I will have one every few months, but that is it.

I only keep milk and juice at home besides tap water so there is never any temptation to drink them

I drank about 4 cokes or coke zeroes a day. Quit cold turkey Jan. 4th and didn't have a coke for two months. I now drink maybe 2 coke zeroes per week. Changed my diet as well and I've lost 35 lbs.

I quit drinking cokes and all other soft drinks several years ago, the first few days are rough. Now that shite tastes like drinking syrup or something, it's so sweet I can't even imagine how I ever drank it.

I'm doing something similar, I started dieting last sunday. I haven't been purposefully trying to avoid caffeine, but I cut out soft drinks and that was 90% of the time my source for caffeine. I've been sleeping better and I have minor anxiety which has completely gone away.

I'm doing the no soda thing for Lent. It's went well so far. I have the occasional sweet tea at lunch. Water the rest of the way.

I drink a ton of coffee, but I never have any caffeine withdrawals. Coffee is good for you anyway and as long as I don't drink it after dinner it doesn't affect my sleep. I never drink any soda though. It's all gross.

Never had coffee in my life and rarely drink sodas. A good ole shower usually does the trick for me just fine.

Used to have a Diet Coke on my way to work, then 2-3 cups of coffee, but I swapped the Coke out for a bottle of water, so my caffeine intake is limited to just the coffee and occasional tea (try for decaf, though).

Only time I drink soda is if it is with a mixed drink. So maybe one per month. I'll have an espresso every three months or so. I drink mostly sparkling water.

I don't see how people need caffeine so badly. I wake up at 5 and go to the gym each morning. That energizes me for the day.

I haven't drink a regular coke in 3 years. Just diet. I quit diet for awhile and had headaches for 3 days. I loved it. Now only drink diet with whiskey. Keep it up. Coffee is like my dip in the morning I got to have it. I've switched to decaff now though.
