is this considered a weapon?
Yes, according to the cops at Twin Peaks, wallets on chains are a weapon. Add that to the fact virtually every biker in the nation also at lease has a pocket knife, and you can claim virtually everyone had at least two "weapons" on them.

What's going to happen next is all these cases will be handed over to the Feds for RICO charges on everyone, the Bandidos, the Cossacks, and all the rest. The Cossacks have served their purpose so now they're being thrown to the wolves.
No doubt the police handled this poorly but I got to ask. Would even give a shite if they were not bikers? Let's say they were crips and bloods?

The law is the law and corruption is wrong no matter who it targets.
ETA
The "who" in this matter is irrelevant. The fact of the matter is if they can do this to anyone, then they can do it to whoever the government decides is a "threat". This time it was bikers. The next time it could be someone like those dangerous "right wing conservatives" the government keeps trying to tell us is such a big threat.

The law is the law and we need to more broadly interpret the law and prosecute all the criminal elements in the US most notably in this instance any MC.

I thought this was determined by the size of the knife. I carry one in my pocket all the time and sometimes two.

Is there a similar instance like this in living another group where over a hundred people are rounded up wholesale and given serious capital charges?

I read several stories staring this right after Waco. I remember one story even said they considered a pair of nail clippers they found on a guy as a "weapon".

Nope. They can consider any knife a "deadly weapon" be it a bayonet or the Old Timer your granddad gave you for your 10th birthday.

The police diffused an extremely volatile situation with proportional force and discretion. The fact zero officers lost their lives that day is a testament to their training and development of CIs.
Wow. I really hope Big Brother puts his hob-nailed boot across your throat one day. It is well deserved.

Was the TSA the ones out there doing the evidence collecting that day?

That wasn't big brother that was overreaching to appease SJW sentiment before it was the cool thing to do even.

What's the story with him? (Atleast your spin on the story which I will validate or refute with facts)
