48 hours of Crime in Baton Rouge

When will it end?
- Police chase ends in a 12 year old dead after being hit by a fleeing suspect, who was shot by police for failure to comply.
- Man shot and killed on Washington Street last night.
- Guy dies from shooting earlier this month.
- Murder suspect suicide and "standoff" Tuesday.
Did I miss anything else of relevance? I'm sure there were a handful of non-fatal shootings/stabbings/etc.
The shitty part of all this is is that no one cares about black on black crime. Which is the vast majority of the crime in Baton Rouge.

I think the families of the victims care, a lot. What you refer to is the political figureheads that can't push a lot of a political agenda on that platform.

False, I've been assured by NBR Facebook activists (no names mentioned), that when da crooked arse white police stop persecuting our young black men 24/7 crime will stop.

If You're truly interested in crime data(Not the names of vicitms and perps) you can have some fun with this new portal to BRPD crime stats. I have a filter saved with my district so I can see when my neighbors have had cars broken into/etc. This goes back to 2011 and is updated daily. Last nights calls should be on it. ETA: Yea it looks like it goes to 4pm the prior day.

This is literally everyday. People who live in their little box of safety have no clue. The crime is hardly different than it was 5 years ago. Y'all get reported about 1/4 of the big incidents dealt with. It's sometimes hilarious reading this board reading all the speculation or outrage over incidents

These are the ones that were reported. The problem is easily magnified 10 fold.
