Per Fox websites the husband that shot the wife is a Federal Protective Services worker.

Yes. He shot her and another guy yesterday at a school... she's dead but I think the guy was wounded.
The title of the thread says "still at large"

Other tidbits - he is reportedly 18 years older than the wife. My best guess on his ethnic/national origin/ancestry is Filipino.
