I certainly think the gun had bad intentions by it's very nature. Time to round them up and melt them down for scrap.

This gun did not "just go off." The trigger was pulled.
So, I don't believe her story. Secondly, if there is any kernel of truth to the story then, at best, the weapon was HORRIFICALLY mismanaged in storage under the pillow of a 3-year old.
SO, guns do not kill people, period.

Unless she had some sort of strikerfire pistol without a safety engaged, there is more to this story. It is really, really hard to make a gun go off "accidentally" with something as large but not dense like a pillow.
