Keith Constantino, who's from BR and was one of the agents who raided the compound is on Clarence Buggs now talking about it.

Very fascinating. Pretty sure they put stuff on demand on their app if you don't hear it now.

Good dude. He was on the A&E show as well. They interviewed him for a full day and cherry picked about five minutes to use in the documentary. He felt they really misrepresented what he said in total.

Those Dravidian sickos were 100% abusing underage girls.

The FBI, Clinton and Reno pretty much signed a death warrant for those poor kids.

I think Bill was just jealous that Koresh was getting to bang all the chicks and he wasn’t.

I mean, we couldn't set still and let this nut job abuse children. The ending sucks, but I agree with the intent of what Reno was trying to do.

Lol, I have family in Waco. They are quick to point out that the compound was not actually in Waco but about 15 miles out in the country.

Yeah. I don't see how people can take up for the guy. He was sexually abusing children. We had to stop him.

It's the only time in history that we've used tanks to take down a child molester on American soil that I can remember...if I'm wrong correct me.

The FBI, ATF, the Clintons, Janet Reno, Vince Foster, and many others completely fricked up this situation and all should be held to the fire for what they did. The bottom line is that the ATF was reeling from the funding cuts after Ruby Ridge and were looking for something to get more funds. They could have easily had 3 agents walk up to the door with the sheriff and arrested Koresh.....shite or arrested his arse in town.

No doubt Koresh should have been taken into custody and fed to the criminal justice system for his crimes. 80+ innocent people didn't have to die for that to happen.

That's pretty much my opinion too. ATF had a warrant so frick em. They made their choice to stay inside. Those who had half a brain got out.

And yet they didn't arrest him the numerous times he was strolling around town outside of the compound where he could of been taken quiently. Instead the idiotic ATF had to go cowboy.

They brought in the same jackholes that botched Ruby Ridge to make matters worse after they boned the first time. There were plenty of ways to end that or not even begin that without what happened. Some big dicks just couldn't resist screwing up.

Just look up what the feds did to the place after all was said and done, lots of youtube videos of people touring it. They wanted everything they done buried.

Criticizing the way the government handled his attempted arrest/search warrant is not taking up for the guy. The guy was a tool and deserved to be arrested, but you don't just go slaughtering everyone to get him when you could of got him without issue.

I mentioned this in another thread but the last episode of the mini-series "Waco" comes on tonight, on Paramount.

Not sure how accurate the series is..In terms of how they portray David Koresh, but the series doesn't make you sympathize with the federal government at all.

While most people probably don't agree with what Koresh was doing, he and the members of the Branch Davidians still had constitutional rights.. That was violated.

And they were trying to use Wace to "save face" after they fricked up the Ruby Ridge situation.. And of course, both of these situations led to Timothy Mcveigh's actions.

I was 14 when it happened and at that time, based on what I heard from people talking about it or seeing it on the evening news, Koresh was painted as an insane cult leader who was raping children and holding people hostage. While he might have been a little nuts and "out there", it does seem like the feds wanted the media to portray him in a certain way that was probably not accurate.

It's based on accounts from the chief FBI negotiator and the guy Thibideau on the inside. They both seem to be satisfied that the series portrayed it accurately from their perspective viewpoints.

I didn't know about Thibideau and his involvement of telling his story.. In fact, I wasn't sure if he lived or died, which tonight's episode will reveal..

But I know in the credits, it sites a few books and interviews... So I am sure if I would have paid enough attention I would have seen that his viewpoints contributed to the making of the series.
