I haven't seen this machine talked about on the OT so SIAP. Commercials on several channels I watch daily and the thing is pretty damn sharp, IMO.

What is the OT opinion? (Long Post, Sorry)

It's an Alfa. It's going to detonate at some point.

The new C63 is a frigging monster. It is one of the most powerful cars for its size I've ever driven. It is almost uncontrollable without the electronic stabilization.

Can it fit golf clubs in the trunk without putting the back seat down?

Because my friend's 2018 S4 cannot.

Had the pleasure of driving one recently. From a performance and looks standpoint I was blown away. The technology in the car definitely leaves something to be desired though. The infotainment system belongs in a car from 10 years ago.

That's a seriously ugly front end.

Beautiful car and fun to drive. Very much focused on performance and luxury. It's a really small car, though, for a 4 door. Less room than the Panamera.

Car and Driver loves it.

From everything I've read, it appears to be one of the best in class (possibly the best).

Depending on where you go in Italy, there's sort of a stigma about Alfa Romeo drivers among Italians. That stigma hasn't translated here though and I don't expect it to. That said, I'm not an Alfa Romeo guy. But it's a nice car.

Seriously considering going up to McKinney Alfa and taking a drive. Seems like driving one up there vs down here would unleash it a bit more.

On that note, does anyone here have an E63 they want to crow about? Been in one a few years ago and it was a beast. Are they better now?

It was powerful enough for me to scare myself, granted, I'm not as young as I once was so I might not be the best judge if you're a skilled driver. Took it into a cloverleaf freeway entrance going about 70 and the car was most definitely planted throughout with no inclination that the back-end was going anywhere.

Supposedly the engine was influenced heavily by the Ferrari team so that has to mean something.
