20 more bikers join Waco Civil Suit

All 20 were among 155 indicted in the incident and claim they were unlawfully arrested and held under excessive bonds. “The mass arrests were unprecedented in both their scope and the complete absence of individual, particularized facts to establish probable cause,” the suit alleges. “This suit seeks to correct the miscarriage of justice and assault on the United States Constitution perpetrated by these defendants.”

most likely every one was a criminal yes
I bet most were found with drugs or other charges added "after" being arrested illegally without cause
these guys are not just average innocents being persecuted by the "man" but at the same time this whole thing was a clear violation of their constitutional rights and due process justified in their (law enforcement) own minds simply because it was a biker gang full of bad people.
