We very clearly have a culture problem in Baton Rouge. This shite can't continue.... but of course.... it will.
Moved my family back here less than a year ago to be closer to my extended family, and I can tell you now that we won't stay. Louisiana does a damn good job of running good people off and letting corrupt glad hands run the state.
