BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - Officials with the Baton Rouge Police Department say a 15-year-old male has been arrested in connection with the carjacking of a nurse at the Our Lady of the Lake hospital parking garage on Friday, July 9.

Police say the teen was arrested on Wednesday, July 14 with the assistance of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force and the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office on the charge of armed robbery.

The juvenile will be booked in the Juvenile Detention Center, authorities say.

I remember when I was 15, I had girls on my mind. The last thing I would be thinking about is carjacking a nurse at OLOL. What the hell did he tell his parents when he went back to the house with a car? lol

I doubt he even has parents. I'm sure his one of his parents...if not both...are either dead, incarcerated, or taking care of their other 12 chillrens.

Give the parent(s) the choice: serve some jail time and charge the kid as a juvenile or the parent refuses to take some responsibility and charge the kid as an adult. Their choice. I'm sure they'll make the right decision.
