basically it all comes down to the seattle game... as far as the #1 seed
and what the panthers do.. as far as if we go to wild card or not. we can't drop one to the panthers if we lose to seattle.. or we will go to a wild card spot.

I think Seattle loses two more. I am hoping one is to us, but they have some pretty tough divisional games still to play. Same goes for us; Carolina matches up to us very well and we have not done well against them at all in recent years. Their defense will use a lot of the Jets film against us since they have the personnel on defense to match it. I think the #1 will be determined by the tiebreaker @ Seattle.

? Carolina could easily drop another game - they're on a nice run but c'mon y'all they're not the 1986 Bears.

I disagree - I feel that New Orleans and New England and Detroit match up to Carolina very well, not the other way around.

Carolina matches up better to San Francisco and Tampa Bay and Chicago.

Disagree again...Our porous run D is a glaring weakness against a team with stellar RB's and a stellar running QB. Not to mention the Carolina D is as good as anyone in the NFL - if our OL gets manhandled it'll play right into the hands of the Panthers.

I guess that's why they play the games but I bet you New Orleans and New England will win at least two out of the three games coming up with Carolina.

Agreed about the running matchup but the thing is even if you're dominating a team on the ground you can still wind up with a third and 2, not convert, and then have to turn the football over to Drew Brees and Company. I think we out-score them (especially in Dome).
