Wouldn’t surprise me to see Lattimore and Kamara traded in the off-season

I have a feeling we will be sending both of them to new teams for draft picks. More than likely at their request and I can’t blame them if it shakes out that way. Both players, especially Kamara, deserve to play for a better team.

I think a 2nd for Lattimore and a 3rd for Kamara gets it done. Shame we have to likely trade players away to restock our draft picks from horrendous trades.

While I’m thinking about it, it wouldn’t surprise me if Olave wants out instead of playing with Carr for another year.

Goodness what a mess

On just talent Latt is a 1st and AK a 2nd.

A 2 and 3 seems weak and desperate.

Would be nice but you aren’t getting a 2nd for running back. Maybe best case would be late round picks in the 1st and 2nd but I don’t think it’s desperate to get a 2nd for Lattimore and a 3rd for Kamara

Lattimore is an elite CB. Anything short of a first and another pick attached should get laughed at by the Front Office followed by a Frick you and a click

AK in kc
AK in Philly
AK in Dallas
AK in Miami
All worth a 2nd.
But I thought LJackson was a bust lol

Lol good luck with that. Jalen Ramsey was traded for 3rd round pick and shitty TE. Trading vet players is never a great option because you never get equal value in return.

No shot at this point in his career. Probably a late 2nd from a contending team would be the absolute ceiling you could realistically hope for.

Kamara likely a mid to late rounder.

That’d indicate the FO is ready to atone and tear it down, which ain’t happening. That’s too much of an admission. They’re gonna find a couple of scapegoats and roll with this circus one more year.

It’s what needs to happen, but won’t.

Or its a way to get rid of their contracts because you feel like you have younger cheaper talent (Adebo and Miller). Trading away those guys doesn’t necessarily mean its a full tear down but gives them some salary cap relief. The Carr contract has really put them in a bind.

Kamara maybe but Latt will cost more to not be on the Saints roster.
As I understand it the NFL is not like the NBA the original team still owns his dead money.

It’s why it makes these players untradeable not on talent but contract.

Do you guys actually think a team will give a first round pick for either Latt or Kamara???! Trust me I would love that but thats not at all realistic.

Lattimore will be 28 by next season, if there’s laughing and hanging up it will be from the side being asked to give up a first plus not the side offering an old, oft injured CB

Eta it would be great if they could trade those guys but I think the cap hits make it difficult

Yeah its just silly to think that. Imagine if we traded our first rounder for Trevon Diggs- this fanbase would think thats crazy.

Lattimore is a player we really can’t part ways with. He’s possibly the best CB the saints have ever had.

I think the cap ramifications of Loomis pushing mibey so far into the future may prevent this. For Lattimore anyway.

Considering the only way to trade them would be to rework the deal and make another team take the cap burden; they’d be lucky to land a 3 and 4

At least we wouldn't be pushing even more money down the road. If you get a 3rd, that's a cheap player to help clean up cap
