I really don't see us losing to the Bucs at home.

I would be pissed but then I would look at the Falcons record and smile all over again but then I would be pissed again and it would be a continuous cycle..

I know I would.

Arizona ain't beating Seattle this week. So even if you they drop the last two they will still make the playoffs.

I would melt down a little, but, I'd be relieved in my depression knowing that JazzyJeff Duncan will have plenty of grist for the sports-writing mill if that happened.

But, man, it will be tough to stomach NFL fans everywhere dubbing the Saints to be a bunch of gutless chokers, which is what's going to happen if we don't win the NFC South.

I'd be disappointed, but the Seahawks/Rams games have kinda tempered my expectations a bit for this year.

I know if we don't win Sunday, then a super bowl is probably not happening anyway.

Same here, but that can all change with a win this weekend.

This is a chance to make a big statement, proving they can beat a tough team on the road. They would be answering a lot of questions while restoring confidence in the team. They would lock up the 2nd seed, and get some rest to regroup.

Not looking ahead, just stating a personal opinion if things go well Sunday. If they win this weekend you can basically pencil them in for the NFC Championship. Seattle would likely be the opponent, and at it would be in their house where they are nearly impossible to beat. However, a win in Carolina would do a lot for the team psyche, and I'd give them a decent chance in Seattle. It's hard to beat the Saints twice.

This game is everything, and this is the turning point. They need to nut up and win.

I 100% agree with all that but I hate hearing this stuff...

It won't happen, but what would you do?

If that happens not only will I melt down, but I might hurt somebody. The meltdown on this board would rival the meltdown from orangebloods last week.

If they have a top two seed I don't see how you wouldn't have confidence in them making it to the NFC title game.

They'd have a bye week and then a home game to win, in prime time, for a chance at the NFC title. I like the Saints odds at home against anyone.

If we got the 2nd seed, I'm 95% sure we'd be in the NFCCG.

If it was in Seattle, I think we'd have a 20% chance.

Yep, I agree with that completely. This is the season.

If we win Sunday, I love our chances of making it to the NFCCG. If we have to go back to Seattle, then hell, there's no way we play worse than we did the first time.

If someone sneaks up and beats Seattle and we get a home game in the Superdome for a chance to go back to the Super Bowl? Well then...pardon me while I change my trousers.

1.) The Saints aren't losing to the Bucs...

2.) If the Saints lose Sunday, the season will extend one week without home field...

3.) If the Saints win Sunday, they will be in the NFC Champ Game...

The End.
